I'm responsible for...

As Managing Director, I play a major role in the company's overall development, including business strategy, commercial partnerships and acquisitions. I'm also responsible for forging partner relationships with industry institutes and associations: I contribute to the Call Centre Association Outsourcing Forum and to industry Think Tanks, and I'm a member of the Training Council for the Institute of Direct Marketing .

Before I joined Broadsystem...

I owned a business called HDM Worboys, a database management and software development business. I sold this company to News International in February 2000 which is when I joined Broadsystem. I've been in the direct marketing industry for 13 years now, working across a wide variety of clients in all market sectors.

And when I'm not at work...

My husband is an antiques dealer and I have a keen interest in collecting art. However, it's my three sporty sons who take up most of my spare time: one is a rower, the second a cricketer, and the youngest is into martial arts.
